Excellent communication and presentation skills to determine requirements. Application of in depth knowledge of contract terms to maximise protection of the customer organisation. Vendor selection and management to ensure supplier quality.

Sheila

Sheila Butcher: Consultant

  Sheila Butcher has 19 years experience in equipping capital schemes across London and East Anglia. Sheila began her Capital Equipping career within the NHS. The projects include hospitals, nursing homes, day care centres and mental health units and has now been with Domino since it was formed in 1998. Sheila also has a total of 8 years experience in the Supplies Department of Mid-Essex NHS Trust as a buyer, responsible for the day to day buying of Revenue items and renewing Maintenance Contracts for medical equipment.

Mike Craven: Consultant

  Provides Equipping Services to Clients in respect of identified projects. Maintains relationships with existing clients and assists in the planning of future projects where required. Identifies new leads and converts into contracts. Maintains Supplier relationships and ensures that up to date Market Knowledge is available.

Paul Dodd: Administration/IT

  An experienced employee in the field of Equipping project work & IT systems both in the NHS and private sector. Self motivated, adaptable, hands on who prides himself on quick and accurate turn around of detailed information. Paul has worked on some major projects in the UK throughout a career spanning over 25 years.

June Peet: Administration

  A highly experienced purchasing assistant with 30 years experience in the NHS environment in a variety of roles. Particular experience in purchasing support, equipment scheduling and Project Management support.

Adam Lee

  An enthusiastic employee in the field of Equipping Project Work, Transfer Audits, Commissioning and Procurement for both the NHS and private sectors.
  A hard working team player, who does not mind getting stuck in with a hands on approach to all forms of work. Adam has worked on major projects at the Royal Marsden Hospital, Great Ormond Street Hospital and the NIBSC.

Lesley

Lesley Fudge: Associate Consultant

  Lesley Fudge comes from a nursing background with particular expertise in operating room and critical care environments. She spent the latter end of her NHS career as clinical procurement lead for three NHS Trusts. She wrote and examined tender responses for major medical equipment and consumable purchases, organising trials and evaluations across all clinical areas. She continues to work with both NHS and private hospital healthcare across a range of remits and is currently co-editing a textbook on operating room care. She is a registered nurse with a Masters in Biomedical Ethics and Health Care Law from Birmingham University Medical School.

David

David Robson: Associate Consultant

  David Robson has had a 22 year career in the NHS (London and Wiltshire) which has provided him with substantial operational general management and board level experience. He has direct experience of working in the following: General Acute Hospital, Community Health services, Acute services for older people, Mental Health and specialist children’s hospital services. In 1991, David curtailed his career to care, full time, for his seriously ill wife (and young family). Since then he has worked, part-time, within management consultancy and completed a wide range
of business cases (across all stages), strategic service review documents and service reconfiguration proposals (including activity and capacity planning).
