Manage Equipment Deliveries Programme

  DOMINO can manage your deliveries direct to site, or off site and are able to produce a detailed schedule of deliveries reflecting the required occupancy programme. We generate distribution sheets for all purchase orders and provide door lists to check off equipment for each room. We schedule the delivery of Group 2 items in line with the main contractor’s programme, liasing with the Stores Manager at off site storage and maintaining an inventory of items kept in numbered pallets. We ensure all goods are received and sign off accordingly and liaise with the Stores Manager to programme delivery, and manage distribution of items from off site storage with the portering service provided by the removal contractor.DOMINO can arrange the early delivery of equipment requiring testing by EBME etc. In addition we co-ordinate commissioning of equipment with suppliers and monitor the removal of packaging from site.
