Initially a structured Schedule of
Accommodation is derived from plans or other sources. The contents of rooms are then loaded from ADB sheets if available, either manually or electronically. Individual items of equipment and furniture are costed to assist in compilation of budgets and consolidated or room by room reports are produced. We can assist with reduction of equipment requirements to reduce costs to budgetary levels and derive initial specifications for all group 1, 2, 3, & 4 equipment.
